Our felt-quality fine wool is just right for your most important projects.  Its tendency to felt so well makes it a felt-makers dream-come-true.  In addition, a small amount of fine wool felting fiber blended with fibers that are less-inclined to felt can improve your results.  This wool works great for both wet felting and needle felting.  For needle felting, use a fine-gauge needle.

This fine wool is the skirts around the edge of the fleece as it comes off the animal that we are able to clean and card well.  All the properties that make it less desirable for spinning, are a plus for good felting.  We can deliver your fiber in scoured, carded batt or roving form.  Be sure to specify your preference.  We are offering only natural colors at this time.
