Ordering Basics:

You may order:

• Online at smallfarmfibers.com.  We will confirm your order by email.

• By phone at 870-277-4424,

• By email at order@smallfarmfibers.com.  Be sure to include:

  • your name

  • shipping address

  • contact telephone with best times to contact you

  • return email address, if different

  • the items you want to order

  We will confirm your order by email and include a PayPal payment link.

Arkansas sales tax of 8.25% will be added to the total cost, including shipping of all orders shipped to addresses in Arkansas or picked up at our Pocahontas Mill.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  Online orders will be charged prices in effect at the time of the order.

Some items are unique or in short supply.  They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you ordered such an item that is no longer available, we will inform you and will discuss alternatives we may have.  Your order will be cancelled and your money refunded if we have no acceptable substitute.

We use PayPal as our online payment gateway.  You may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or your PayPal account.  The same payment options apply to phone orders, email orders, and orders picked up at our Pocahontas Mill.

Most orders will be shipped UPS.  If you prefer another carrier, contact us.  Very small orders can be more economically shipped USPS.
